Package 1: The Half Day Reserve Tour

Our Winter Season Events

A Taste of Niagara-on-the-Lake

A progressive dinner weekend through five of the top restaurants in NOTL including a two-night stay at DownHome Bed & Breakfast.

Three Dates in 2011: January 28 and 29; March 11 and 13; April 10 and 11.

Friday Evening: Wine and Cheese Welcome Party hosted at Historic Navy Hall with all of the participating wineries present.

Saturday Evening: Enjoy a culinary adventure with the best in Niagara cuisine and wines, with five gourmet restaurants( Epicurean, Charles Inn, Oban Inn, Zees and the Pillar and Post) and five featured wineries ( Palatine Hills, Reif Estate, Caroline Cellars, Lailey Vineyards and Peller Estates), served up in a Progressive style.

Sunday Morning and Afternoon: Free wine tasting at the five participating wineries.

DownHome Bed & Breakfast will transport you to and from the Pillar and Post, on Saturday evening, which is the start and end point of the evening festivities. Transportation throughout the progressive dinner is provided by London Cabs which will whisk you away between the gourmet restaurants for each successive course.

All Inclusive cost of $650.00 per couple includes:

  • Welcome wine and cheese party on Friday night;
  • Transportation to and from the Pillar and Post;
  • Transportation between restaurants;
  • Five course gourmet progressive dinner with wine at each course;
